Most orders are delivered within 7-9 days. Some products may arrive in 1-3 days depending on your location. We are based in Sweden and ship from Europe.

Tracking your order: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

All Nuvepet products are designed with pet safety in mind and made from non-toxic materials. However, we always recommend supervising your pet with any new product to ensure they're using it appropriately. Some products may have size recommendations - please check individual product descriptions.
